Note at SIS we cover the following subjects:
Mathematics
Language
Social Studies
Science
Visual Arts
As you move through each subject, OVERALL EXPECTATIONS are the goals in which a students will achieve by the end of grade 2.
You will also notice SPECIFIC EXPECTATIONS in each subject. Specific Expectations are learning goals or objectives we strive for everyday in class with each subject. These are also expectations students will achieve by the end of grade 2.
Take some time to read through our very exciting all inclusive curriculum.

On my "Newsletter" page you can find helpful information about school updates and class activities. Be sure to stay current and up to date as your terrific two makes his or her way closer to graduation!!
I will use the "post" section to provide class updates and helpful educational information of all sorts. Learning can be fun and this blog can assist you and your child to help further their education using a variety of learning tools. The educational websites provided can help guide your terrific two as he or she moves forward throughout the year. Search through the sites and explore with your child to have some fun learning more about reading/language, math, science, music, health, and social studies. This blog will be fundamental in keeping up to date with our class, after school work, and review as we move through each subject at school.
